What is DMM National Connect 2025?
Whether you’re new or experienced in Disciple Making Movements (DMM), join us for a powerful weekend connecting with like-minded people and catching the DNA of making disciples that multiply.
We will be inspired from those seeing disciples made and groups multiplying in New Zealand and around the world.
Dave and Colleen Lawton, founders of Praxeis, will join us from Australia and share their journey of multiplying disciples and seeing teams birthed and churches planted in over a dozen nations. We’re also excited about hearing from Sam Turner and the remarkable breakthroughs happening in Northland.

Q&A
What is the event location and sleeping arrangements like?
Connect 25 is held in a beautiful tranquil rural setting. It is an ex-YWAM base and is camp style accommodation. There are different dorm rooms with either single beds, double beds and bunks. These will cater for single registrants in shared dorms, whilst couples and families will be in their own rooms. Sheets and towels are not provided except for those coming on flights.
Can I bring my family?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your children however just note that we won’t be providing a children’s program and parents will need to make arrangements for the supervision of their own children.
Can I arrange my own accommodation?
Yes, you are welcome to arrange you own accommodation and just join us for meals and meetings. We also have a limited number of billets available. Please note that the base is about a 8km drive from Maungaturoto and similar from Paparoa and both have sections of gravel roading.
What will we do?
We will be refreshed in the vision and be practically equipped to make disciples in our context. There will be times of teaching, praying, worshipping God, listening to what God has to say and of course…hanging out, chatting, and eating together!
