What is Praxeis’ DMi?
Our Disciple Making Intensive (DMi) is a training pathway designed to equip emerging leaders with a vision to catalyse disciple-making movements (DMM). Throughout this journey, participants will learn to embody the core values, principles, and practical tools of DMM, gaining the “DNA” needed to lead effective disciple-making teams. This training transforms participants’ “head, heart, and hands” as they prepare to multiply new mission works in the specific fields—people or places—where God has called them.
Program Details
10-Week Melbourne Stint (6th October – 12 December 2025)
The program begins with an immersive, 10 week training period based out of the Praxeis Hub in Ringwood, Melbourne (Australia). Participants will commit to a full-time schedule, spending three days each week receiving in-depth training at the Hub, and two days working directly in local harvest contexts.
This ‘Hub Training’ Includes:
• Times of prayer and Scripture engagement
• Core DMM training
• Personal and leadership development
• Study elements, including 4-column Bible studies and selected readings
Throughout the Melbourne stint, experienced DMM leaders, practitioners, and teachers will provide specialised training to enrich each participant’s experience.
Field Placement
After completing the Melbourne stint, participants will be placed with an existing Praxeis or DMM team in the field. This field placement will allow them to directly implement their training within the communities and people groups God has called them to serve. Weekly coaching and visits from Praxeis leaders will ensure strong support and continued growth throughout this phase.
